Paul’s Sales Office Philosophy Top Twelve

  1. You can get everything in life you want if you just help enough other people get what they want – Zig Ziglar.

  1. Don’t take yourself too seriously but take what you do seriously.

  1. Customer for life attitude.

  1. Prime Time – 9 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM with 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM being a great time to entertain people.

  1. You are the expert and need to help your client. Don’t expect them to teach us.

  1. Emotional Bank Account. Our decisions and actions affect people not departments.

  1. Do your R&D. Rip-off & Duplicate.

  1. We work in a 24/7 industry. We earn the privilege to work “normal” hours by working hard while we are here and being here when we need to be here. Your job is not an 8-5 job.

  1. 80/20 – 80% of your results will come from 20% of your efforts. Find more activities like the 20%.

  1. All things being equal… people do business with people they like. All things NOT being equal, people STILL do business with people they like.

  1. Be our customers advocate working for the win-win in all situations.

  1. Management by exception.

  1. Communication is key. The Sales Office is hub of information. We don’t do anything so we need to communicate clearly. Follow-up is primary.

  1. To continue to be the best, we need to do what our competition is unwilling or unable to do.
